2010 Trespass Intrigue

This blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon is big and juicy!  You are initially drawn to the sweet red berries, floral and taming acidity on the palate that the Merlot brings to the forefront.  As the wine settles in and evolves more black fruit and heavy colas and tannins from the Cabernet begin to unabashedly emerge and show its weight and prowess.  The overall result is an incredibly drinkable wine.  — Kirk Venge
