This Co-Ferment blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is nothing short of a spectacular wine.
Beginning with a beautiful red hue, sweet aromatics of dried black cherry, red fruit preserves, vanilla and toasted oak. The movement from smell to taste of this wine is quite exciting with both the anticipation and delivery of more black cherry and cocoa notes. Some very sweet and slippery mouthfeel is in there as well, giving smooth red spectrum fruit. It’s quite delightful and very, very easy to enjoy sip after sip of this exciting and incredibly approachable Trespass red.
