2017 Encroachment Pinot Noir
“This ever so smooth and elegant Pinot Noir raises the bar on fine and delicately balanced Pinot. This wine possesses an elixir like essence focused on ripe strawberry, cola and cherry Chapstick. The bright red fruits rush to fill the nose and are wrapped and lifted with a supporting hint of candle-like French Oak vanillin. Soft round flavors of cola bean, maraschino cherry, strawberry crème fraiche and kiwi fruit. Sourced from Dutton family Widdoes Vineyard.”
